The Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home began with one man's determination to help the bereaved, and one woman's strength to stand beside him. One man's vision of seeing the pain caused by the loss of life left in the eyes
of those left behind. Being a Pearl Harbor survivor, Walt Sr. experienced what
tragedy was first hand. He knew the feeling of both great tragedy and personal
tragedy, the pain, anger and confusion from the loss of many lives and the loss
of one single life.
We as a family owned and operated funeral home relate on a personal level with
each and every family that enters our funeral home. Over the years we have built
a strong foundation based on trust and compassion for the loss of life.
